By accessing our website or engaging our pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
Apartment Pest Experts provides professional pest control services for multifamily residential properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:
Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred times.
Access: You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the property and affected areas. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.
Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
Certain treatments require preparation by the property manager or residents. We will provide specific preparation instructions prior to service. Failure to properly prepare may reduce treatment effectiveness and does not entitle you to a refund or free re-treatment.
Warranty terms vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties are contingent upon:
Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
Payment Due: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payment: Accounts past due may be subject to late fees and suspension of services until the balance is paid.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apartment Pest Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apartment Pest Experts, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
All products used in our treatments are EPA-registered and applied according to label directions. We will provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) upon request.
Please inform us of any known allergies, chemical sensitivities, or health conditions that may be relevant to pest control treatments. Special accommodations may be available.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Apartment Pest Experts and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
