Every visit
When we walk into a unit, we start with the building, not the bug. Gaps that need sealing, moisture issues, places things can hide. Then we look at pest activity: what, where, how much. The two have to line up. Conditions tell us why the pest is there. Why tells us how to treat.
We treat the source, not the symptoms. Method depends on the pest and the unit: bait, gels, growth regulators, perimeter work, exclusion. Everything we use is resident-safe and approved for occupied multifamily housing. The goal is to break the cycle, not push it to the next unit.
Every visit gets logged in your dashboard before we leave the property. Unit-level notes, treatments, chemicals used, follow-ups needed. Open it whenever, for whoever asks. No paper tickets. No waiting on an end-of-month report.
