Pests

We treat the pests that actually show up in apartments.

Multifamily pest control isn’t the same as residential. The pests below behave differently in apartment buildings, and we treat them with protocols built for that environment.

What we treat

Each one has a playbook.

Cockroaches

German roaches travel through plumbing chases between units and reproduce fast in warm, moist areas. We treat the source and the surrounding units, not just where they were reported.

Bed Bugs

Bed bugs spread between adjacent units faster than tenants realize. We do thorough inspection, targeted treatment, and follow-up visits to confirm the population is gone.

Mice & Rats

Rodents enter through gaps you can't see and travel along common walls. We seal entry points, set targeted traps, and log every catch in your dashboard.

Ants

Ant trails follow plumbing and electrical lines through wall voids. We identify the species, trace the trail back to the colony, and treat where they actually live.

Spiders

Most apartment spiders are harmless but unwelcome. We focus on web removal, perimeter treatment, and reducing the insects they feed on.

Fleas

Fleas usually arrive with pets but spread fast through carpets and upholstery. We treat all life stages and walk residents through prep so the treatment actually works.

Silverfish

Silverfish thrive in basements, laundry rooms, and storage closets. We target their hiding spots and address the moisture conditions that draw them in.

Wasps

Wasp nests near entries, balconies, and stairwells become resident-safety issues fast. We remove nests and treat the access points so they don't rebuild.

Mosquitoes

Mosquitoes breed wherever water collects: gutters, planters, dumpster lids. We treat breeding sites and recommend property-level fixes that cut populations down.

Stink Bugs

Stink bugs cluster on warm building exteriors in fall and find their way inside through gaps around windows and vents. We treat exteriors and seal common entry points.

Termites

Termites cause property damage that gets expensive fast. We inspect for activity, identify entry points, and treat with the right approach for your structure type.

Pantry Pests

Indian meal moths, weevils, and beetles infest stored food. We identify the source, treat the affected areas, and recommend storage changes to prevent re-infestation.

Don’t see your pest? We’ve probably handled it.
